Every customer receives a dedicated onboarding checklist and a sales coordinator to help coordinate all fulfillment details — including product specifications, vendors, packaging, and kit setup.
To ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, every ZK Shipping client receives a private Slack channel to communicate directly with our team. After onboarding, all fulfillment communication will be at your dedicated channel.
Easily integrate your existing stores into the ZK Shipping WMS to sync product inventory from platforms like Shopify, Squarespace, Amazon, and more. Don’t worry—orders won’t begin flowing into our fulfillment system just yet.
if you are fulfilling your B2b or FBA shipments, your sales coordinator will ask you if your shipments require any special preparation, kitting, inserts, packaging before they are shipped. We are also happy to help organize freight transport for these shipments
Now, you are ready to end your inventory to ZK Shipping from your manufacturer or existing 3PL. Once your products arrive it will take 24-48 hours for your inventory to be available.
Set rules for how and when items ship. Choose carriers, regions, inserts, and packaging based on your needs.
Pick from a wide range of packaging options. Access discounts through our custom packaging partners for boxes, mailers, and kits.
We handle all returns. Items are inspected, processed, and either restocked or discarded quickly to keep your inventory accurate.
Your sales coordinator will reach out to confirm your inventory shipments have arrived at ZK Shipping, and the conditions of your loads. You will see availability within 24-48 hours after receiving all loads.
ZK Shipping will work internally to turn on the integrations and any EDI connections you have to begin processing and fulfilling all your DTC, B2B and FBA orders. We will run test orders to confirm your deliveries expectation in terms of packaging, dunnage set up and more!
