We started ZK Shipping in 2020 and currently have 15+ small and midsized e-commerce businesses working with us.

Yes, there is a clause on our contract explicitly talking about the non-disclosure of your products, ensuring that your products remain confidential.

There is a cost to set up your account and warehouse space and give you the best support for your successful business. Our minimum service fees are $150/month, which will be billed back to you on your first invoice. If you do not send any inventory in, the amount is non-refundable. We work with wholesale and private-label clients only. We do not accept Liquidation, Books, and Shoes at this time.

Every business is treated differently because of the different needs. After we understand your business needs, the Terms of Service will be shared on the onboarding email.

Yes! Half of our customers ship their products from outside of the US. You are responsible for handling customs and duties, and our team will help when your products arrive at our facility.

Yes, we have security cameras inside and outside of our warehouse.

Amazon Fulfillment Services

We recommend you give our team access to your Seller Central for FBA Shipments. It will save you time on the prepping process time.

Processing time can vary depending on the size of the shipment. Our average processing time is 2 -3 business days from processing receiving to outbound shipment.

Yes. However, keep in mind that oversize items might take more time for prepping and getting ready to ship out to Amazon fulfillment services.

Most of the Amazon shipments go to MDW2 and IND9 distribution centers.

e-Commerce Fulfillment Services

It generally takes a few minutes; however, integrating your shopping option might take longer when your inventory arrives.

Yes, our shipping rates are very competitive. You can also use your own carrier account for your shipments if you want.

Yes, you can! We can also assist you with choosing the suitable material for your custom packaging.

We provide poly mailers, bubble mailers, and boxes.

Yes, we can handle fragile items such as glass, home décor ornaments, etc.

Kitting

Yes, we help you to pick suitable material for your bundling and gift sets. Please contact us for a customized quote.

Yes, you can send your products pre-packed, and we will add the labels without further packing them.

You can add as many products as you want.

Absolutely! We will work according to your pre-shipping requirements.

Return Management

Yes, we need to know the returned quantities from Amazon Distribution Centers beforehand.

Yes, but at this moment, you are responsible for providing shipping labels.

We receive your returns, and depending on the situation, we add them back to the inventory, discard them, or re-ship them to the customer.

Yes! We inspect per client guidelines, perform repackaging of refurbished returns, and provide evidence for damaged items.

Short-term storage involves storing a customer’s products for less than a month. Long-term storage is for products in your warehouse for at least one month or more.

ZK Shipping warehouse prioritizes the safety of customers’ goods. Security measures include 24/7 video monitoring with over 30 days of retention and cell-connected security alarm systems.

We are willing to consider the storage of hazardous materials on a case-by-case basis, contingent on the nature of the product. If you have hazardous goods that require storage, we encourage you to get in touch with us so that we can discuss your specific needs and requirements.

We have a well-established procedure if a pallet arrives in a damaged condition. A photograph of the damaged pallet is taken upon receipt and promptly shared with the customer. The customer can provide instructions to proceed with the normal receiving process or to place the products aside.
