What types of sellers do you work with?

We work with new sellers and sellers already established on Amazon in any modality (FBA, FBM, wholesale, private label, and drop).
We also work with any type of online sellers.
We have solutions for major online sales platforms such as eBay, Shopify, woocommercer and others.
No matter the size of the job, we guarantee to meet the customer's requirements.

How long to ship products?

Your products will be stored for up to 45 days. However, our prices vary according to storage time. After 45 days, all products will be donated and/or incinerated, depending on the type of product. For wholesale, we charge an amount per pallet per month. Please get in touch for availability.
What options are available for Pick and Pack Services?
We offer boxes, bubble mailers, and poly mailers. You also can have the option of providing us with your custom packaging.

How long can my products be stored in the warehouse

For online arbitrage, your products will be stored for up to 90 days. However, our prices vary according to storage time. After 90 days, all products will be donated and/or incinerated, depending on the type of product. For wholesale, we charge an amount per pallet per month. Please get in touch for availability.

What happens to returns and / or damaged products?

The choice is up to the customer. We will send you photos of the damaged products and let you know how to proceed.

What options are available for you Pick and Pack Services?

ZK offers boxes, bubble mailers, and poly mailers. You also can have the option of providing us with your custom packaging.

What Storage options do you offer?

ZK offers storage in Bins, Shelves, and Pallets.

Is there a limit to how many SKUs you can store?

We have a maximum storage of 250 SKUs per client with no limit on the amount per SKU. However, we make an exception if your business is big enough for ZK.

Do you accept Returned Orders from Customers?

Yes, you need to contact our team to discuss the actions on your returned items, such as add back to inventory, discard, additional inspection, or re-ship to customer.

How are prep & fulfillment center services paid?

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Payoneer, and bank transfer (Zelle). Fees will apply

Do you have a confidentiality agreement with customers

Yes, we offer a Non-Disclosure Agreement with each of our customers to ensure their products remain confidential when requested. Each employee of our company also signs the agreement.
